Receptionists

Our receptionists are the “heart” of ABC Animal and Bird Clinic.

They are the first and last friendly face that our clients see.  These skill-packed individuals aren’t just responsible for answering phones.

Sugar Land Veterinarian Pet clinic receptionWe utilize our receptionists to their fullest.  They schedule appointments, educate clients about proper recommendations and care for their pets, greet all clients coming in, check-in patients, organize appointment flow, handle monetary transactions, go over discharge instructions and much more!  There isn’t usually any formal education required to be a receptionist however, we provide our receptionists with an abundance of client service training.  They also have opportunities to cross-train as a technician to help them understand veterinary medicine from many different facets.
