If any minor abnormalities (e.g. suspected ear infection, loose stools, etc) are noted upon entrance or during your pet’s stay, do we have permission to begin treatment?

In the event of a minor or major emergency, or with immediate treatment deemed necessary by a veterinarian, we will attempt to contact the client. If the client cannot be reached, the pet will be treated at the client's expense.

Our Clinic, as is allowed by Texas law, is not equipped with an on-site fire suppression sprinkler system and does not employ on-site personnel during hours when we are closed. All animals staying at our facility will be left unattended during those times. By agreeing below:
(1) I acknowledge and understand that the Clinic is not equipped with an on-site fire suppression sprinkler system.
(2) I further acknowledge and understand that the clinic is unstaffed when we are closed and that my pet will be left unattended during those times during their stay.
(3) I agree to release the Clinic, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from my pet’s / pets’ stay, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, or death. By signing below, I voluntarily consent to my pet(s) staying at the Clinic and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any consequences that might arise during their stay.
