Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans or billing. However, we recognize that with the joys of owning a pet, there can also be unexpected occurrences. It is for this reason that we have partnered with Care Credit to offer other payment options to our clients. Please give us a call to hear about how to use this at our clinic. We accept a variety of other payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Another option we highly recommend for your pet is to enroll them in Pet Insurance. It can help offset the costs associated with a pet’s routine and emergency healthcare depending on the company and plan selected. We recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance for all pets. Pet Insurance does not work like human insurance. With Pet Insurance, you pay your bill using one of the approved methods above. After paying, you will file a claim with your insurance company, and they will reimburse you for what they cover for the visit.
