Kimberly Roset, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Kimberly Roset, a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M, grew up in the Austin area and attended Texas A&M University, where she obtained two bachelor's degrees and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. While attending Texas A&M, she was involved in numerous organizations which furthered her knowledge of avian and exotic medicine, and spent her summers in avian research. After graduation in 2001, she joined ABC Animal & Bird Clinic and has enjoyed seeing many different species of companion small animals. Dr. Roset also enjoys the challenge of feline medicine, dentistry, surgery, and ultrasonic imaging.
Dr. Roset’s experience goes beyond animal medicine, from her attention to detail and her broad education, she is quite proficient in the medical specialties of surgical procedures and digital imaging diagnostics. She is able to evaluate and serve her patients better and is a proud member of ABC Animal and Bird Clinic. Her favorite part of her job is that every day presents a different challenge.
In addition to a busy professional life, Dr. Roset shares her home with her two young boys (Aidan and Ian). She has 3 cats (Sampson, Apollo, and Calix) who tolerate the humans in their house, 2 Australian Shepherds (Cub and Comet), and a ball python named Snape. She volunteers regularly with the Boy Scouts of America and supports her sons’ goals of becoming Eagle Scouts. Furthermore, she enjoys traveling and activities such as triathlons, scuba diving, camping, and sketching.
